Glass Half Full Media is a newly established Australian digital media company (ABN – 50200452164) specializing in creative storytelling and educational entertainment. Founded in 2022 by Dr. Mohan Thite, a seasoned multidisciplinary academic and business professional with 35 years of experience, the company is dedicated to producing engaging and insightful content.

Mohan holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Law, postgraduate degrees in Economics and Human Resource Management, and a PhD from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. With over 25 years of teaching experience in the Australian higher education sector, an extensive publication record, and global engagements in research and consultancy, Mohan offers unparalleled expertise to Glass Half Full Media.

In addition to his academic career, Mohan pursues creative passions, including fiction writing and documentary filmmaking. His semi-autobiographical novel, “Trishanku,” exploring an Indian immigrant’s journey of self-discovery, is set for adaptation into a cinematic project.

Mohan’s debut documentary, the over 5-hour-long political feature “Modi’s India: Tracing India’s Global Footprints,” was successfully released on YouTube in 2024. Within just four months, the documentary achieved nearly one million impressions, more than 64,000 views, and attracted over 700 new subscribers.

Currently, Mohan is producing a short film, “What’s in a Name” based on the Prologue of his novel, “Trishanku,” with plans to serialize the novel for OTT platforms.

To enhance its social media footprint, Glass Half Full Media has launched Guru vlogs on YouTube, including Travel Guru and Career Guru.
